Composites: Combining Your Love Planets
Did you know that every relationship has an astrological chart of its own? This unique relationship map is created by taking two charts and finding the midpoint between each corresponding planet. A third chart is created—one that’s a blend between the two charts being studied. Many people believe that relationships are like a third person (“there’s you, me and the relationship,” as the saying goes). The composite chart shows the spiritual potential—and the challenges—of joining forces with another person.
And the results can often be surprising! For example, let’s say one person’s Sun is in Aquarius and the other’s Sun is in Sagittarius. These are both free-spirited, easygoing signs on their own. However, if we do a composite chart, there’s a good chance they might average out to have a composite Sun in Capricorn, which is the sign right in between Sagittarius and Aquarius on the zodiac wheel. While you might be party animals on your own, together you adopt the hard working, goal-oriented traits of a Capricorn—and may need to go out of your way to plan date nights and keep the fun times rolling.
